The Dying Fly was a popular teenage dance of the late 70s/early 80s, made popular as a result of the long running Saturday morning U.K. TV show “Tiswas”.

  1. Hi Hackskeptic, I realised a teenage dream recently at the Skids anniversary tour, meeting the above mentioned Richard Jobson, and wiry tub thumper Mike Baillie, and believe me the Jobbo dancing is still a Joy to behold!

  2. On the subject of Tiswas, surely Hackskeptic is on the brink of a major Four Bucketeers retrospective?

    • That would be cool. “We’ll sing a song, the bucket of water song”. I know your views on the Beatles v Stones, but now the big question….Tiswas or Swap Shop?
