Hackskeptic’s 500 Greatest Songs: Thomas Dolby – Airwaves

315 – Thomas Dolby – Airwaves (1982)
Written by Thomas Dolby
Produced by Thomas Dolby and Tim Friese Greene
Label – Venice In Peril/EMI

Obviously influenced by Bowie’s extended Berlin sojourn, the monumental chorus and the icy introspective verse combine perfectly for the singer’s greatest song.
